About Us

Educating & empowering children to make positive health & well-being choices to enable them to live life to the fullest has been the backbone of Life Education Trust’s programme for over 30 years in NZ.

With 32 Trusts throughout NZ, Life Education Trust Counties Manukau has five qualified teachers who along with our much loved mascot Harold the Giraffe, teach 28,000 students aged 5-13 annually across Counties Manukau & Franklin via their mobile classrooms.

From regularly teaching at local schools our students will be:

Proud of their identity & confident in who they are

Empowered to make healthy informed choices

Connected and engaged with the world

Curious and have enquiring minds

Respectful of themselves, others & the environment

With support from local businesses, local Boards, Rotary Clubs, donors & volunteers, we strive each year to increase the number of children we teach thus make a positive difference in their & their family’s lives.
